Breakfast at the bookstore - Edit
Barnes & Noble Café is 1 of 2 locations at the Mall of America where you can get a breakfast sandwich. The other is Caribou Coffee. The Vegan JUST Egg Bagel Sandwich has JUST Egg Folded, non-dairy provolone, and harissa spread, all between a sliced bagel. It’s a very good and filling pre-made breakfast sandwich that is heated up when ordered.
Read moreThe café serves Starbucks brand coffee. However, the Vegan JUST Egg Bagel Sandwich is only served at Barnes & Noble Café, and not at Starbucks chain locations.
The other vegan food option is Vegan Chick’n Fries (Dr. Praeger’s brand). You can get a 6-piece or 10-piece with dipping sauce.
