Absolutely delicious food, the vegan Masaman is incredible. There are multiple options for appetizers and mains and occasional dessert.

A Pleasant Find in Pemberton - Edit
Visiting Pemberton for the weekend, did not expect to find much in vegan offerings eating out, but was very pleasantly surprised to come by Barn Nork, very highly recommended by the locals and seemingly a hotspot for trendy youngsters later at night. This little gem offers much more than first meets the eye, in terms of atmosphere and food offerings! Quite a handful of vegan options available and clearly labeled on the menu (unfortunately not labeled as clearly online), and the staff were very knowledgeable and quick to point out even more options than initially labeled. We ate very well, and were even treated to a delicious vegan banana cake dessert! The curries were flavorful and I loved the tofu starter. Definitely would recommend a checkout if ever in the area. Vegan options so good, it’s surprising they serve anything else!
