Few vegan options - Edit
Verdi Bar offers a vegan brioche/croissant for breakfast. It's not much, even more because italian breakfast portions seem to be small. But it is clearly indicated. As well Bar Verdi has several plant-based milks to add to your coffee. Nice staff and enough space so you will easily find a place.

The staff were very friendly but there was only one vegan option - couscous. Other veggie options.
