Yes but not quite - Edit
vegan options are labeled. I appreciate that. The snacky options are not as plentiful or easy as the non vegan options. For example there are Brussels sprouts… yes they’re good but if you’re having a beer and grabbing a side for HH, I’d say eat first or plan to eat after.

Nice vibe, a few vegan selections - Edit
The food is good but there aren’t a ton of vegan options.

Delicious! - Edit
A 4 because I wish they had more vegan options- but the BBQ mushroom and vegan oyster kale sandwich were delicious. Great Vibe too.

Fun with friends - Edit
We had a very cool seating area outside in a hut and I think this would have been a good group hangout spot. However I second the previous reviewer that the main vegan item, the sandwich, is very salty. It was lighter than I expected in filling, though, with lots of kale mixed in. My husband and I went half and half on fries and salad. I found the salad very fresh. I’m not a big fry person but they were to die for if you want more of a treat.

Nice Ambiance - Edit
Bar Hygge has nice Ambiance and solid vegan options for those of us who are dining with non-vegan friends. The service was excellent!
Read moreWe got to try the vegan mushroom wiz wit sandwich which was super tasty— if I were them I’d swap out the white bread for something grainier with more flavor. The white break took away from the sophisticated and tasty mushroom/kale/cabbage/onion insides. I’d also go lighter on the salt and would allow the diner to add their preferred salt amount.
The cauliflower steak is a full head of cauliflower sliced in half and dressed up with tahini, pistachio, raisin jam(?), and other flavors. We didn’t really like it and didn’t think the flavors blended well together. Also, it was a lot of cauliflower— probs would be better as half a head of cauliflower and fries or side salad.
I hope they work on their vegan offerings and would return once they do. They have some vegan options for hygge boards that we might try next time.
Pros: Nice ambiance, Great service
Cons: Room for improvement on the vegan options
