The tapas menu is very creative and delicious. The fungi fritti and cheese board were sensational. The cocktail list is intriguing but we opted for wine and plan on going back to try the cocktails. We also want to try Avelo Restaurant' next time we're in town.

Very elegant and original - Edit

The decor is very nice and unique. Staff is kind, passionate and helpful and the menu is interesting and different from other more typical vegan menus. I enjoyed the kimchi crackers and the empanada (they had a gluten-free option too which was great). I chose the Don't call me Shirley drink and it was very good as well. Would definitely recommend for a fun, different experience!

This place is so unique, I hadn’t enough words to describe what an amazing experience I received in here in all levels!
Cocktails 10/10 +great vibe at the bar and so intimate (love the speak easy feeling)
Food 10/10 the flavors are so unique, they really know how to give an original vegan tasting menu!

Bar Avelo has such a great atmosphere. I went with some friends from work, the food and drinks are delicious and the staff are excellent. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Fantastic Dining Experience - Edit

I loved everything about Bar Avelo. The atmosphere was elegant but also intimate and cozy. You can tell that a lot of passion goes into every aspect, especially the food and drinks. Both the food and bar menu are incredibly creative with drinks and dishes you wouldn't experience anywhere else. The service was also exceptional. I highly recommend experiencing Bar Avelo.

Amazing service, cocktails, and food - Edit

We enjoyed everything about our visit to Bar Avelo. We tried several cocktails and enjoyed the cheese tray and mushroom adobo skewers. Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable and the other staff we came in contact were as well.

Fantastic food, I loved the mushroom skewers, never had lions mane before - it was to die for. Crabcakes were delicious, could have done with more sauce and a kick, perhaps a bit of heat and kaffirlime? The dehydrated kimchi crackers were AWESOME, 🔥 and crisp!
Fantastic staff! Love you guys for making our visit special.

Fantastic experience - Edit

Food was amazing, we sampled the whole tapas menu and everything was delicious, innovative and mouthwatering. Of course the drinks were also great! Staff was so nice and friendly we had a great time talking. They also helped with recommendations. The venue is beautiful, very cozy speak easy. Perfect for a date night

Stunning place! Beautiful and delicious! - Edit

A cocktail bar that's entirely vegan! Not only are the cocktails amazing, but the food is too! We were particularly impressed with the wild mushroom dish. I'm not really fond of the taste or texture of meat, but I was surprised how "meaty" it was. We also had the cheese board, which was a lot of fun too.

Did I mention the decor? It's one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever been in. It's a Victorian theme, and it's so gorgeous. It's probably worth going there just for the ambiance! But, of course, vegan food and cocktails too!

An elegant addition to Avelo! - Edit

Although this is on the upper level of the restaurant Avelo, it’s a separate menu and experience. Bar Avelo offers a la carte vegan tapas and impressive cocktails. None of food items we ordered were extraordinary, but they were all good. The cocktails were fantastic. Great decor and vibe.
