Baobab is truly a great restaurant and an example for vegan restaurants. The staff are Italian so if you speak some Italian they will definitely appreciate it. The restaurant is alternative and is located a bit away from the busy street which is nice. The menu changes every so often so we always try something new. We had the beetroot burger "Claudia" with potatoes and tiramisu. The burger missed a bun for us but other than that it was amazing!

Read moreThe food and drinks were good. Though the BLACK JACK burger was a bit dissapointing. I expected a bit more flavour and to be honest I wouldn‘t call it a burger. I know the menue says „naked“ but still.
The marinated Tofu was really tasty.

The food is absolutely outstanding with a varied choice of dishes that are very reasonably priced. The staff are wonderful and the restaurant is beautiful with a great vibe. We have previously also visited in 2017 and 2021, and we will certainly be back again!

The food was truly amazing, the vibes, the atmosphere, sharing space with other vegans was powerful. The decor, cushions made from old jeans, little crochet napkin holders. Let's not mention the deserts. 🥰🥰🥰

The smoothie tasted great and was super-refreshing. I have not had tiramasu in years and this one was perfect - also very light and refreshing. Although we did find the front-of-house service unwelcoming - reservations were left on scraps of paper under weights on tables so it was confusing to be seated. We mistook the atmosphere to be relaxed café as appeared and tried to find a seat ourselves, which we were ‘told off’ for. They could have politley explained our mistake but instead remained unapproachable and unattentivne. I’d visit again but perhaps with a reservation next time.

Read moreThe other reviewers didn’t lie, I genuinely believe this is the best vegan food in Corralejo. The woman who served me was very friendly and helpful (and speaks multiple languages). I was a little hesitant when I saw the prices compared to other places, but that thought soon vanished when the food was brought out. Beautifully plated and a heavenly taste. If I had to change one thing I’d maybe add a little bit of spice, but that’s really nitpicking & personal preference.
Would 100% have gone back if I had stayed longer. Next time!

Vegan Dining at Its Best - Edit
Very, very delicious and a very nice presentation of the dishes. We had the dish of the day (Grilled Tofu with Salad) and the Murakami Island (as a Murakami fan, I had to try this one) and were amazed at how delicious and yet different the two dishes tasted. The location is very lovingly done, the waiter (and I believe also the owner) was very friendly and attentive. I would say it's one of the best vegan restaurants I've visited so far and definitely a must-visit in Fuerteventura.
