Hadn't been here in quite some time, delighted to see a separate vegan menu with plenty of dishes, so much to the point where I couldn't decide what I wanted. I went with use bento box for a bit of everything. I also got a side of cucumber maki. This was obviously rolled on the same mat as non vegan sushi as there was a bit of roe on the rice which I removed. I told a server as I was leaving and he said he would speak to the kitchen and get a separate mat for vegan sushi so hoping this is something that will happen!

Delicious sushi - Edit
I had a mixed vegan sushi platter and miso and he had a vegan bento box which had three options (tofu teriyaki, tofu in curry sauce or mixed veggies). Lots of vegan options on the menu. The place was at capacity and it was quite a young crowd. Everything was delicious and prices were reasonable.

Banyi has a whole vegan menu with plenty of options. The service was efficient and the staff very welcoming. We enjoyed a really nice meal here.
