Nice experience! - Edit
Only one vegan option for Banh Xeo (with mushrooms), but the taste is very good. Would also have had vegan spring rolls. I wouldn‘t go out of my way to eat here, but when you are nearby, it is a good option. Friendly and helpful owners, they are aware what vegan means (will show you how to eat Banh Xeo if it is your first time/will give you soy sauce instead of fish sauce).

Maybe the best thing I've eaten in Vietnam - Edit
Super yum, worth a try. Not exactly a meal, but also big enough to share. There are two vegan options for food. Apparently they do vegan kim chi, but were out today. Don't miss it!

Take 2-3 for a full meal - Edit
Pretty good Banh Xeo, I like this rice dough variation of it! You get 1 for 22k, which is a nice snack/ small meal - if you’re more hungry go for more! Friendly and helpful staff! Made sure to ask if fish sauce (for dipping) is ok or not and if I knew how to prepare it - Will be back.

Very cheap food and it’s so tasty! Definitely get three of the little pancakes because they are small. Fun to wrap it yourself and very very tasty

Loved It! - Edit
This was my first Banh Xeo experience. I thought it was super good and I was excited to try some very traditional Vietnamese food that I've never seen in the States. There's only one vegetarian Banh Xeo with mushrooms. Make sure you ask for soy sauce with no fish sauce. One order is I think 22,000 dong ($1 USD) and two orders is probably good for one person. What an amazing deal!

Bahn xeo fix for veggies - Edit
Nice little place to try bahn xeo for veggies and vegans. Although they only have one veggie pancake option, with mushroom and bean sprouts, it's pretty tasty and enough to satisfy your bahn xeo craving. The staff are really friendly and will even guide you on how to assemble your rolls. They also topped up our salad when we were running low which was a nice gesture. Serves veggie bahn xeos with soy sauce instead of the regular fish sauce.

Fun to try - Edit
Worth trying. Banh xeo generally is nothing amazing, so I can't give this many stars. [censored] it's fun to put together. They server gave us instructions how. It does involve fresh vegetables, which I never know if they're safe to eat in Vietnam.

Easy, fresh, delicious option - Edit
Cool restaurant- tourist friendly but not a tourist trap for sure. The whole DIY wrap situation was cool. They don't give you tons of veggies but I think if you asked for more they'd give it to you. 22k for the chay rice "pancake" option- get 2 to make a meal!

Pretty good - Edit
An easy, stress free veggie option. The place is nice, modern, plays one of those strange compilations of instrumental covers (George Michael? Theme from The Godfather? Celine Dion?), staff all speak decent English, The banh xeo are about six inches wide, sliced in half and served with rice paper, shredded carrot, lettuce, coriander, shiso, cucumber, and watercress. They are a bit tight with the portions of veg, but you still get a tasty meal. Definitely order at least two per person. Only one veg option, but it's pretty good, mushrooms, onion and beansprouts. 22k per portion.

beautifully fresh veg option of a tradition viet meal - Edit
Rice package with mushroom topped with beansprouts, which you then traditionally wrap with lettuce, herbs, cucumbers, sprouts and carrots into another thing rice paper to make a roll. They then offer a sauce dip of soy and chilli for veggies!
