Menu doesn't specifically state what's vegan, but staff are very knowledgeable & helpful & are more than willing to adapt the dishes to make them vegan. Menu includes a wide variety of noodle dishes, stir-fry dishes & Thai curries all of which can be made vegan with the mixed veg & tofu option. There's also soups, side dishes & a few vegan starters. Delicious authentic Thai food, very vegan-friendly - Edit
Although not fully vegan, this family-run takeaway & restaurant is very accommodating: you just have to tell them you're vegan & they're more than willing to adapt the dishes to make them suitable. The staff were clearly very knowledgeable about what's vegan/not & were very helpful. There's a huge variety of traditional Thai noodle dishes, stir-fry dishes, curries & soups, most of which can be vegan with the mixed veg & tofu option. Me & my friend were also pleasantly surprised that they also did desserts, most of which were vegan when served with vegan ice cream. The food was some of the best we'd ever tasted & the portions were very good value for money. At times I think it can be busy, so I'd recommend booking just in case, but the service was super quick. The only negatives are that it's not fully veggie/vegan & the vegan adaptions of the dishes aren't actually stated on the menu so you have to ask.
