Vegan Options!! - Edit
They have a totally separate vegan menu! On top of being vegan we also have an onion and garlic allergy, which they were able to accommodate! We got the vegan hibachi, vegan chef roll, vegetable tempura and one more thing that I forgot the name of. Everything was so good and the staff was super knowledgeable!

Decent vegan sushi options - Edit
Few options, appreciate the poke bowlm would recommend driving the extra 20 minutes to Domo Cafe in FW though for what I believe to be tastier vegan sushi options.

Never Disappoints - Edit
I regularly frequent Bamboo. I enjoy the food. It's always fresh, and fast. I also really appreciate the staff here. They are always helpful when I order, and great at making suggestions. I tell them first thing that I'm vegan, and they are great to tell me if something I'm ordering won't work for me or how I can customize it to make it work. I always appreciate that.

I always get some sushi. They have a vegan roll on the menu. I commonly ask them to create one for me with cucumber & avocado with some sesame seeds on top. I also enjoy the hibachi vegetables a lot.

Traveling through Niceville, FL. I’m a plant based eater. Bamboo Sushi Is the only restaurant that shows on Happy Cow, so we were skeptical. We told the hostess I was vegan and she immediately pointed out all the vegan options in the menu. Not to disappoint. I had the vegan roll sushi & vegetable deluxe hibachi. We’re talking about coming back tomorrow. Well done!
