Finally vegan Pho! - Edit
I got the Pho with tofu & vegetable broth & shared the tofu fresh spring rolls (two come with it). Also got the Ginger tea with mango popping bubbles (I always wish I got extra bubbles so do it). Small casual place in strip mall area that you won’t regret!

If you order the vegetable pho they will ask if you want vegetable broth too. You can also ask them to add tofu.
