Yummy - Edit
My favorite Pho it so delicious. I also love the salad rolls with tofu and peanut sauce. Also I noticed some bad reviews and wanted to give an update to their menu. No where on the menu does it say vegan it says vegetarian. That would be why eggs are in some of the dishes.

Excellent "Vegan?" Pho and Bahn Mi - Edit
Moved to Simi over a year ago and found this place. Their vegan and vegetarian options are extremely tasty and satisfying. They have the best, firmest and most flavorful tofu I have ever eaten.
Read moreEdit: I wrote this review without inquiring enough or reading other's reviews. I was not aware that they were being deceitful in their practices for their vegan options. It now makes me question everything about they're presenting as even vegetarian. Very disappointing. I am vegetarian but my wife is vegan. For what it's worth, I still stand by my assessment of the flavor and their tofu.

DO NOT EAT HERE - Edit
They do not understand what vegan means. They actually told me they use a little egg in their vegan spring rolls to seal them, but it's okay because it's just a little bit. What?!?! I told them they cannot do that and It's not vegan. They just repeated it's okay because it's just a little and shrugged his shoulders. Unreal! There's also been multiple times I've ordered the vegan banh mi and they put mayo on it. I do not trust any of their vegan labeled options and I highly suggest staying away from them just in case.

Really upset and disappointed - Edit
As a vegan, I do not want to eat any sort of animal products even if its small, period. I was looking in the vegan section of the menu and I decided to look at the ingredient list, and I noticed one of the vegan labeled foods had egg in it. So I notified one of the waiters and asked him if this was vegan and he said yes. I then proceeded to tell him that there was egg in it, and he said yes, but very little. I then told him that it wasn't vegan then, and he just shrugged and said it was very little. So I let it go, and after I finished my meal of water, I talked to the manager and told him what I told the waiter, and he said the same thing as the waiter. I said that this was misleading, and that they should not label something vegan if there are animal products in it. He just shrugged as well.

Tasty & pleasant place - Edit
Visiting the area from Paris, we stopped by this veggie-friendly place. There are few vegan / veggie options on the menu. But I had 2 of them, both tasty & delicious: the Tofu Rolls with a rich peanut sauce & the Tofu Noodle Soup (mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage, basil, cilantro, lime). Very nice service & clean restaurant. A good spot.
