Pizza bases not vegan - Edit
I was really excited to dine here but was really disappointed when I sat down and read on the vegan menu that they use biodynamic flour, which isn't vegan. The staff were really helpful and notified us that the gluten free bases and vegan pasta are not biodynamic and so are vegan. The food wasn't bad but also not amazing. I would have probably really enjoyed the pizza if I didn't have to get gluten free. I contacted them letting them know the vegan menu needs a change to say that the vegan pizzas are gluten free as the biodynamic flour they use in their regular bases isn't vegan. I never received a reply.

Read moreThe service and vibe of Bam Bam Italian was fantastic however we found the food to be average.
The vegan pepperoni pizza wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great and the pumpkin and sage penne didn’t really have much in the way of flavour. The stand out was the Sardinian Crispbread with the white bean and garlic dip and the Apple and Pear Crumble.
All things considered we would go back however we would certainly try different things on the menu next time.
Pros: Separate vegan menu & many options, Nice atmosphere & well-spaced layout, Friendly staff
Cons: Parking is limited , Food quality is overall average , On the pricey side

Large selection of vegan pizzas (with great cheese), pasta and sides. We got the grilled eggplant pizza and artichoke & olive pizza and they were both delicious.

Disappointing… - Edit
After an amazing snow trip, while traveling home my partner and our friends decided to stop for dinner, we were greeted at Bam Bam Italian with warm service!

The food at Bam Bam Italian was honestly pretty gross.
My partner and I ordered:
antipasti & sides- Loaded Kipfler Potatoes, toasted almonds, cashew parmesan, parsley $16
Pizza - Potato, vegan mozzarella, caramelised onion, confit garlic, cashew parmesan large $30
Pasta - Penne Putanesca Fresh pasta, Napoli, olive, chilli, capers, cashew parmesan $28
The pizza was very plain, we thought we would try something new, regrettably. The pasta had so many strong flavours going on. We could not finish these dishes. The loaded Kipfler potato’s were demolished in seconds as they were the only thing that wasn’t either over powered with flavours or plain.
Maybe the chef had a bad day, would I come here again? No thank you.

Literally the best pizzas ever - Edit
I absolutely love this restaurant. Has a seperate vegan menu, uses amazing quality vegan cheese and is generous. Pasta, desserts, pizzas, sides and entrees you name it. Try it out, you will not regret it.

Ordered vegan potato pizza, vegan pasta and vegan grilled eggplant entree. All were very satisfying. Vegan pizza was perhaps a tiny bit too oily but no other faults. Service was wonderful and we were never kept waiting long for food. Atmosphere is great - we sat outside and the tables are space apart well. My partner also had a soy coffee which he said was nice. I'll be going back for pizza soon! Prices are respectable.
