Vegan Fest - Edit
We met some friends for the Vegan Fest event that was running across one weekend. We really liked the layout of the bistro and there plenty of space to eat outside. Sadly the Vegan Meatball Pizza was sold out so we orders the Nasi Goreng, the Vegan Duck Bao Buns, and the Plant Based Chicken Sandwich. The Duck was served in soft tacos instead of bao buns which we didn't know about when ordering, they were still nice but not quite the equivalent of bao buns. Sadly the Nasi Goreng was a bit too oily, but we really enjoyed the chicken sandwich however we'd have appreciated artisan bread for the price. Our friemds ordered the Crispy Enoki, and the Vegan Chicken Fajitas which they really liked.
Read moreThere were a few mishaps with the order but we got there in the end and at the end of the day it's a really good place to met friends for drinks and something to eat and the place has a friendly atmosphere throughout.
It was great to see a venue put on a Vegan Fest for the weekend so that everyone can try a variety of vegan dishes.
