Read moreHad the Sunday special vegan squash lentil filo pie which was tasty with roast potatoes and veg….came with Yorkshire puddings, that were vegetarian, staff very apologetic about confusion between vegetarian and vegan food and offered to do the meal from scratch again….no problem though as partner very happy to eat them and I got extra gravy 😋x

Good vegan options - Edit
Stopped here for Sunday lunch en route to Sidmouth. They have lots of choice for vegans. I was after the Sunday lunch but the waitress very helpfully let me know the nut roast had egg in but they have vegan sausages, which I have to say were very tasty ,they came with nice veg, roast potatoes and gravy. They had other options (curry, burger) and they even some vegan specials on the board which were meatballs and spaghetti and a jackfruit burger. Nice place to eat, would definitely go again. Also good value on the price compared to other pubs I researched in the area.

Vegan biscoff cheesecake - Edit
Just come for the biscoff cheesecake to be honest! But also has starters and mains including meatballs, burgers and curries. Dog friendly with outdoor seating. Nice pub good prices and drinks menu too
