Saved my lunch! - Edit
It’s really rare to find vegan options in remote cities of Czechia. I am not a Hare Krishna believer myself, but I was really happy to find a place to have vegan lunch in Trutnov. The food was delicous, no waiting, free water, only 150 CZK (12€) fof the whole menu. Thanks!

In remote areas of Czech it is difficult to find Vegan food (especially without cross contamination with meat/seafood/eggs during preparation.) I was so lucky to find an Vegetarian/Vegan (ISKON based) Restaurant in the town of Trutnov!
Read moreI went to this place as many times as I could, and they were available for dine in and take out. Fantastic, fresh food with a Czech fusion influence (which I loved) and MANY desserts. They had Indian/Czech type mixed dumplings, patties, soups, & cuisine and everyday I got to try something different. The people who serve at this place, serve with their hearts open, particularly the main gentleman I would interact with whenever I was there.
It's the only all Vegan/vegetarian place I know of in that area and it's great for locals and visitors alike. Every time I had their food options there was a different variety, and it tasted different.
As an Indian (& particular about authentic Indian cuisine) - this places fuses a type of Indian temple food cuisine with their regional food style. It is not traditional Indian food all the way, and it doesn't have to be. It's simply a great place to support & taste, & take in. Simple, wonderful, good for your soul food. :)

Nice and very tasty Czech Style Pure Veg Indian restaurant - Edit
We were lucky to find this restaurant in Trutnov as it was not listed on HappyCow at the time. Clean, tasty and not too expensive. We are definitely going to come back there when in Trutnov again!

It was much better than Indian Restaurant in Karlovy Vary which is run by Indian.
Pros: Taste , Quantity
Cons: Some people think it is Pizzeria which is not.
