My favorite restaurant

This place is non-veg but they deserve 5 stars. Best casual food in Nashville, hands down. Go for the seitan chorizo.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Highly customizable, Great salsas

They offer seitan as a protein option, it's not listed online from what I can tell but they do indeed still offer it as of August 2022!

Best vegan burrito ever

Baja burrito has, in my opinion, the best vegan burrito in town.

Local and great

BB serves vegan Chorizo, locally made from The BeHive and its delightful!!

Great place to stuff you face

Good sized burritos with bean and seitan options. What really stands though is the unlimited salsa bar. The pineapple salsa is so delicious I dump it on every single bite.

Baja is the bomb

Tons of vegan and vegetarian options, including vegan chorizo from the Be-Hive (cannot recommend enough)

Pros: Awesome burritos , Great outdoor patio area , Best pineapple salsa anywhere

Cons: Lines can be a bit long on weekends

Nashville staple

This is a great burrito place. They offer seitan for burritos too. Their house made salsas are divine. The food is always fresh and fast. Great the fruit tea too! It’s so good.

Pros: Healthy , Vegan options , Quick

Cons: Gets very crowded , Parking is scarce

Vegan Chorizo!

This place has various tortilla offerings, free guacamole, and offers locally made vegan chorizo! Who can resist? I can't! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the line moves quickly, and the prices are fair.

Burritos forever!

This is the place my husband and I eat out the most! The portions are huge and the food is so good! He always gets the chorizo con papas which is seitan chorizo and potatoes. I usually get the peasant plate which is a plate of beans, rice, lettuce, guac and pico with chips or corn tortillas. I LOVE it. The staff is very nice and everything is vegan unless it obviously isn't, like sour cream and meat. They veggies are always fresh and there is something about their pinto beans, i can't get enough! They make some delicious fruit tea, and horchata. A great place for a quick filling lunch or dinner. The line can get long at peak times, but worth it!
