They have more options than most - Edit
There was a lot of variety. Many of the dishes can be made vegan. They have vegan sushi

Good, but expensive - Edit
Everything that was vegan was clearly marked on the menu. Items that are not vegan, but can be made vegan are also marked. We got the tofu banh mi and green curry. The food was good, but very expensive. It cost 40 dollars for just the two items. Note: this is by gate C21.

Solid airport find - Edit
Nice find around the C gate. I ordered the veganized pad thai. Realized afterwards that I could have added tofu to it.

Best airport meal I've ever had - Edit
Wish I could rate this 5 stars. Easily the best airport meal I've had. Menu is clearly marked with items that can be made vegan, and our waitress even let me know about the ingredients in the sauce because she noticed I ordered a bowl with tofu and no egg and wanted to make sure I was vegan and didn't accidentally order non-vegan sauce. The fried rice was absolutely delicious, better than most restaurants in Denver. Go here, it's the best option!!

Decent Airport Option - Edit
The grab n go sushi option was nice to see and know if you’re in a pinch and need to quickly grab something with more substance than a bag of chips. The menu is clearly marked and the fried rice came out super fast.

Had the California Veggie roll. I needed something to eat that was fast and easy. Not terrible but not great.

Hearty Vegan Bowl - make sure you specify vegan - Edit
Also got the Bahn Fire Bowl with tofu per the other reviewers. However, I was informed that it isn’t vegan by default and you have to order it Gluten Free in order for it to be vegan.. so heads up if you just order it regularly.
Read moreLocated between gates D10 and D11 in front of the Applebees. I’ve been to DFW 4 times in the last month and the Amex Lounge nearby hasn’t really had anything vegan as they put cheese or something on every dish. So this place is the next best thing nearby.

Good vegan options - Edit
Got the Bahn Fire bowl with tofu and it was really tasty. Rare to have a place with vegan proteins (aside from impossible or beyond burgers) at an airport!

Okay - Edit
I went to the one in terminal C across from gate C22. Ordered the veganized pad thai (i.e., hold the egg) with tofu (another $4). Totally overpriced but expected of airport restaurants. Tasted decent enough to keep me from starving on my flight home, but it was excessively greasy. There are a few other veganizable options and a vegan California roll.

Solid option - Edit
It tastes exactly how I hoped it would taste, not too bland, not too spicy. Worth it! There aren't a lot of great options in the airport but this one is great!

Overpriced tasteless food - Edit
Overpriced and completely tasteless food. Tried both the tofu sandwich and a bowl that ‘can be made vegan.’ We had just a few options for vegan food at DFW airport, and we were optimistic about their menu labeled vegan options. But what a disappointment and total rip-off. Never again.
