No more tofu wrap - Edit
I went there because I saw that there was a tofu wrap but they don't have it anymore.
Read moreI didn't see any other vegan options, but I didn't ask. They did give me oat milk for my tea. But the quality of the tea itself wasn't great.

Vegan Wrap and Iced Latte - Edit
I got the vegetarian wrap (which is vegan) and an iced latte made with almond milk. This is a good spot for vegan options in the area.

No vegan options for breakfast - Edit
Not even baguettes. The coffee was ok. And they do have smoothies but we didn’t try them, expecting it would take too long. Like most places these days, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by having to deal with a few customers.

Correct - Edit
J’ai pris en cappuccino au lait de soya et vraiment boff... de piètre qualité pour le prix payer. Je n’ai pas goûté la nourriture mais je n’y retournerai pas pour le café. Belle ambiance par contre.

Great vegan options! - Edit
Cute place with ready to eat items. There were 2 salads (one Asian and one bean salad), a marinated Tofu sandwich, and one of the daily soups (lentil) that were vegan! The staff was helpful and nice and the service was fast. I stocked up for my trip and bought everything!

great for easy lunch - Edit
not a ton of options but the vegan salads and sandwiches are marked which is really nice and the tofu wrap and sandwich were both really good. try the Vert smoothie! also nice to have healthier options than the usual fries and veggie burgers in the area :)

vegan options but not a lot - Edit
They have vegan options and that nice to see in a city where people eat bacon and venison on their veal and scallops...and that’s for breakfast.

Central location for a quick vegan drink (and food) - Edit
I had a vegan hot chocolate here and this one was good. In terms of food, there was not a lot of choice but you can at least find something and have a seat in a pleasant place. It is sometimes crowded but the staff is efficient.

Comfortable- a few vegan options - Edit
Lots of non-vegan goodies - crepes, smoothies, pastries. A nod to vegan(vegetalienne en Francais) options but you'd think they'd offer a few vegan deserts - disappointing. Pickup at counter. Nothing special.

several vegan options - Edit
Nice cozy cafe in the heart of Old Quebec. They have soy and almond milks for lattes and chai. They also have vegan food options for snack or lunch such as hummus and veggie wraps, couscous/bulgur/edemame salads.

Vegan haven in Olde Quebec! - Edit
Finally found this great vegan friendly cafe in a city, lovely though it is, seemed low on vegan and vegetarian meal options. We had a lovely lentil and kale soup and also a brie and avocado sandwich. It was a great find after four days of searching - we're here for just two more days but we will definitely be back!
