Great potential , but punishes veganism - Edit
The restaurant and chain are pretty great. Good decor, friendly staff and a few vegan options. This is the kind of restaurant that should have half of the menu vegan by 2021. They have not, so I reduce one star.
Read moreThen what makes me dislike the chain is that they charge you for being vegan - you'll be billed extra for asking for oat milk in your cappuccino. I don't think it is acceptable considering the audience for oat milk does not have the possibility to opt out or choose something different.
Overall 2 stars, sadly. With a few changes from above their chain, they could reach 4 or 5!

I always try to support individual restaurants over chains, but there weren’t a lot of vegan options in this city. The place has nice atmosphere though and staff was friendly as well. I had the meatless magic burger which was quite good. I liked the structure of the patty, it could’ve been a bit warmer though. Now it was a little less than lukewarm.
