Tofu & Hummus Bagel (and so much more) - Edit
My go-to is the Tofu Hummus Bagel Sandwich. If you’re hungry it’s a no-brainer. It’s a bit messy but totally worth it. There are several other vegan sandwich and salad options. Fresh cut fruit is available in the fridge as well as a great selection of drinks.

I walked into this bagel shop one morning when i was just craving a bagel with hummus and veggies. I was not disappointed, and i was pleasantly surprised to find that and other vegan options already on the menu. I will definitely be coming back to try the bagel with tofu and hummus and get the hummus special bagel again.
