Much more vegan friendly than most bakeries!

This is part of a German chain of bakeries. The dough is made centrally and then transported to the different bakeries. The thing that makes it stand out is that their croissants are vegan by default. You can see the ingredients of everything on the website.

I enjoyed all the bread I had from this bakery, including croissants.
