Only two sandwiches

There were no labels anywhere. When I asked the staff about vegan options I was shown two sandwiches, different breads with the same topping. Hummus with some veggies.
Both were relatively expensive, and the one I ended up taking was somewhat stale, albeit with fresh tasting veggies.
