Tasty - and cool system - Edit
You order via QR code on an app. The menu is easy to understand, with lots of vegan options. We had crispy tofu, veg tempura and japchae. All were tasty. Red rice and kimchi that came with the tofu were especially good. Excellent choice of beers, soju, cocktails. Great service and cool atmosphere.

mid - Edit
food was mid. very expensive for small portions. you also order on your phone which was a bit confusing as dishes aren’t clearly marked as vegan. when you pay on your phone it automatically adds a tip which is totally fine, however, it then adds another tip. and literally all the staff does is bring you the food so i don’t really understand why you would tip twice as the service is not something special.

Excellent food - Edit
I had crispy tofu with rice and pickled daikon. It was really good (though the daikon was a bit too spicy for me). Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture.

So good! - Edit
One of my favorite places to eat on a regular basis. The crispy tofu is so delicious, and it is such a good quantity of food as well. Definitely a good place to eat if you are downtown or at the convention center.

Delicious vegan option downtown - Edit
The tofu in plum sauce is AMAZING. Also, the portions are huge. The space really cute and I like that they try to source locally.

Cute place & yummy vegan Korean food - Edit
It’s a fast casual place, you order at the front and get a number to pick up your order. You pick a base, protein and a side. I got the glass noddles (always good) , crispy tofu with plum sauce (only vegan option) it was amazing! It was so crispy but not oily on the outside and soft in the inside 😋 and I got a side plus 2 extra because I love Korean side dishes (all side dishes are vegan) I got the pickled radish, cabbage kimchi, and radish kimchi , all very tasty! They also have soy and almond milk for teas and coffee, i ordered Thai milk tea with soy milk and boba. Definitely need to go here!

Great food and friendly service - Edit
Fast casual place with fresh food with plentiful portions and a really helpful staff to help you understand everything. Really loved the veggie tempura, and be sure to ask for the vegan sauce option which is their plum sauce.

Fresh food - Edit
The food is delicious and all made fresh daily. The staff were extremely helpful and full of knowledge. They took the time to tell me what options were vegan and suggested which sauces go better with each dish.

One of my favorites in Pittsburgh! - Edit
Although this place cooks meat, Bae Bae's Kitchen is super vegan-friendly as there are plenty of options! The owners are some of the nicest people, and they've always been more than happy (even enthusiastic) to tell me about what vegan items they are serving that day. Everything is clearly labelled, as well. I also love that they can veganize the bubble tea with the use of plant milk!
Read moreWhenever I come here, I always order a box with sweet potato noodles, seaweed salad, one or two types of kimchi (daikon radish kimchi is shown in this picture), and the tofu with plum sauce. I've tried their original tofu & their tofu skin pockets, and both are incredible! All boxes come with salad, too. The veggies are so fresh, the flavors of the sauces explode in your mouth, and the tofu and noodles are super comforting and satisfying. What more could you want in a box of vegan food?😄
Pros: Fresh and flavorful food, Friendly and accommodating staff, Satisfying portions

Good food, few options - Edit
Korean fusion (glassnoodles, rice or salad with tofu and plumsauce, kimchi, sweet potato fries and tempura). There are few options but the food is very good and they have vegan kimchi. It would be nicer with real dishes and cutlery instead of cardboard and plastic.
