I ordered pick up online. The menu is labeled and easy to use. Some of the vegetarian options have an option you can check to make it vegan. The portions were large. Try the cauliflower wings. They are amazing.

I ordered side of garlic noodles, side of mixed veggies (very freshly cooked), edamame. Hubby ordered veggie gyoza, “chicken” teriyaki maki.

Vegan menu with many choices - Edit
They primarily cater to carnivores, but have a well thought out vegan menu with appetizers, sushi, and an excellent main course option for $8 with noodles, rice and hibachi veggies (that I made two meals out of). They even have a vegan dessert option. The cauliflower appetizer was almost a meal in itself. The food was excellent and I would definitely go back or meet a friend there who might not join me at a vegan place.

Bachi has a great mix - Edit
They are not fully Vegan. However, their Vegan options are so good. Cauliflower Wings, Tempura Veggies, Vegan Ranch, and the King Liam roll are our personal favorites. We have had 95% great staff experiences. I recommend.

Do not listen to the negative reviews. Make sure they know you are vegan. They will take great care of you. If you want extra flavor for your sushi ask for extra vegan spicy mayo on the side. They will give you as much as you want at no extra cost

this place RULES! their vegan menu is great and their poke bowl can be made vegan, loved the cauliflower wings too. the servers were more than happy to answer questions and help us modify our meal!! also, the vegan shrimp sauce was the cherry on top😄we’ve gone three times in one week!

My boyfriend and I went and had the cauliflower wings and some sushi with the fried rice. The cauliflower wings were the only good thing about this place. The sushi was gross! And the rice was so bland! Don’t get what all the hype is !!

Unique and delicious vegan options - Edit
Bachi has a section on their menu specifically labeled as vegan so it is easy to see what they have. This includes some of the best teriyaki cauliflower wings I’ve had and some very unique sushi options using ingredients such as vegan cream cheese, spicy mayo, tofurkey, and plantains. It’s not listed on the menu but they also have a vegan dessert of fried plantains in a crispy phyllo pastry with a scoop of nondairy ice cream.
