Longer version:
Service-- I found myself waiting for a long time. When I asked for water when we sat down, I waited 45 minutes for a pitcher of water to be brought to the table, however, it was not enough for everyone at our table, and I sat waterless for most of my meal. This was not the staff's fault though, they were clearly understaffed so this is a management issue. Also their tip machine starts at 22%. How about management pays a living wage instead of prompting for 22-30% tips?
Quality-- The food was mediocre at best. Perhaps the worst burger I have tasted of any restaurant. The chili cheese fries were OK, but oddly didn't come with extra plates for something called a "sharable". what's up with that? (Update: chili cheese fries have been replaced with talbott street fries and this was a huge downgrade. Do not recommend!!)
Value-- The prices weren't ridiculous, however, they were a bit high for what you get, and I left hungry after having a burger, side, and a sharable. (Update, still true after a second visit).
Vegan Options--They really only had 1 option per category that could possibly be made vegan upon request, but not by default. And in 2024, 1 token vegan option is not enough to get a good score in this category. (Update: the menu has been updated, but still roughly same number of options. Also the menu is mostly clearly labeled but the impossible burger isn't labeled vegan even though i confirmed it was).
Kid-Friendliness-
VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY. This had so many children running around. It was a bit much and definitely ruined the atmosphere for us but I can see how this would be a great place for families. (Update: it was much more relaxed the second time we went but still some kids running around).

Tasty, good for the whole family - Edit
The fried mushrooms were soo tasty, but a little greasy. The chickn tenders were absolutely perfect. The breading is so tasty and good. They got those right! The ranch was pretty good but i wish it was a tad thicker. Ample seating with lots of options indoors and out. An area for the kids to play. Overall a wonderful experience.

Awesome vegan burger, shake and sides! - Edit
They had a customizable impossible burger, vegan chicken tenders, fried mushrooms and onion rings. They even had vegan mayo and vegan ranch. I wasn’t a fan of the vegan ranch personally but everything else tasted amazing!!!

The vegan burger was very good, but was surprised to find they had a dairy free strawberry shake (not sure if that rotates out). Also a kid friendly place with outdoor seating and a play area.

Go here for the cute atmosphere and vegan milkshakes. Lots of typical diner food veganized. Good fries, pretty good imposible burger (smashed so it was thinner 👍🏼 and on a brioche bun!) but the vegan cheese wasn’t melted. Average quality/value for $ in my opinion, but the espresso milkshake was AMAing. Good vegan dipping sauce options and the fries are pretty good.

I loved how cute it was in there. And the GBLTQ theme. Ordered the half chicken tender basket and it was still way too much food. Also got the chocolate milkshake, and it was a waste of calories. Too icy and watery, more like a smoothie.

Milk shakes!!!! - Edit
The vanilla vegan milkshake is literally out of this world! They have many other flavors as well like pistachio, strawberry, and peppermint. The veggie burger is also very good, I will have to try it with vegan cheese next time. Atmosphere is so cutesy and had good vibes with pink neon everywhere. There is nice outdoor seating for the warmer months.

Definitely worth of a 5 star review, despite Happy Cow's rules. The staff is super friendly and are always willing to accommodate. They are pet friendly on the patio with a great area to hang out on nice days. The shakes are a must.

Great plant burger - Edit
Enjoyed a great plant-based bean burger with vegan “dazzle” sauce, and really good French fries. A plant-based milk shake was also available, but we were too stuffed to try it after the burger and fries! Great service and fun atmosphere. We’ll be back!
