One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at - Edit
Baba Ganoush is the ultimate go to place in Prishtina. I've spent 4 days in the Kosovar capital and I ate 4 times at the place. I fell in love with it.
Read moreBecause I am quite on budget, really enjoyed the meals you get compared to the price you pay. So I had the falafel wrap, buddha burger, lentil pocket, lentil soup and their vegan banana desert. Everything was so tasty and amazing. Only lentil pocket could be a bit bigger, cause you can not really have your stomach ful after that one.
The staff is very friendly, the place looks comfortable. You should definetly check out that one.
Pros: Very good prices , Tasty food, big variety of food, Free glass of water
Cons: The lentil pocket was too small for me

Lots of great options - Edit
I stopped here for dinner a couple nights ago and was very happy with my dinner. I got the baba ghanoush, roasted carrot dip, and hummus, all €1 each and included fluffy fresh pita. The hummus was good but not amazing, the baba ghanoush was very good, and the carrot dip — the one I was least interested in and ordered just to try all the dips — was outstanding. The pita were excellent as well, and the lentil soup was flavorful and delicious, and perfect to mop up with my remaining pita chunk.

Best vegetarian/vegan food in Kosovo - Edit
This is the best place to go to for vegan and vegetarian food in all of Kosovo. The dishes are amazing and besides that, the atmosphere is so nice and the staff is great as well. Don't skip them when you are in town!

Had a bit of a feast here! Tried a large selection of mezzes and a couple of salads. Loved it all, tough less the fried things, i.e. falafel, lentil patties etc., and more the fresh and light options. We ordered 2 salads - cabbage ginger & rocket salad - and they were insanely good with an excellent flavor profile. The salads were small tough, also kind of mezze sized. Knowing that I wish we had ordered all the salads from the menu (vegan options are available) instead of several fried mezzes.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE FOR A VEGETARIAN MEAL - Edit
Let me tell you that wherever you go in Kosovo and you decide to try vegetarian food, there will be no place that even comes close to the quality, customer service, music, ambiance, and delicious food served at Baba Ghanoush. Since the first day I found this hidden gem in Prishtine, the most special date nights, and friend reunions have been there for me!

Hidden gem - Edit
Kosovo lives off of meat and dairy, so it was WONDERFUL to find this hidden gem vegetarian restaurant! Literally hidden in an alley off the main street, the outdoor courtyard was a cute place to sit and enjoy lunch. The food was delicious, filling, and refreshing. I will definitely be going back for more!

I went there for lunch and everything on the menu was either vegan or optional vegan. I had the Falafel bowl and was a bit disappointed by the falafels but the rest was very good. Also reasonably prized.

Lovely place, although hard to find. if you write baba ghanoush on google maps it will lead you to another restaurant called dit'e'nat (no idea why) so better try to find it with this app (but it's also not accurate). Is small, next to the main road where small steps will lead u to the restaurant.

I was looking forward to go to that restaurant for months. Two non vegetarian friends and I were very pleased to be able to enjoy our dinner at Baba Ghanoush.

We also had dips and Patatas Bravas and were completely stuffed and satisfied after the meal. My non vegetarian friends liked it so much, THEY said we should try to come again. I honestly was so happy to finally be in a vegetarian place in Kosovo.

Excellent!! - Edit
I would go back to Prishtina just so I could eat at this place again! The interior is very cozy and tastefully done, attention to details is apparent in the whole place and service, from the jazzy/ambiance music to the cute pot for brown sugar. I can especially vouch for the lentil patties and falafel; tabbouleah salad and babaganoush were decent. They also have an excellent selection of loose and fresh teas. We paid 14 EUR for two and were totally stuffed. very much recommended.

Nice place. - Edit
The place is clean, they were playing some jazz music when I ate there.
Read moreI could order in English, few meals were vegan but they were good, especially the falafel plate and bean salad with lemon juice and parsley ; the hummus was fine but I must tell that in ex-Yugoslavia, I never got a hummus as good as in the mid-east.
The people working in this place were very kind and friendly, they even phoned the baker to ask if the bread was vegan.
Eating there, regarding Prishtina's standards, is more expensive than other places but not horribly expensive (10,50€ for two fresh ginger teas, hummus and lots of bread, bean salad, falafel - I was more than stuffed).
This is one of the only if not the only place in Prishtina dedicated to vegetarian and vegan food, recommended !
Also, I don't know when they are opened, in the evening until 22h or 23h for sure but I don't know when and if open during the day.
Pros: Good food, Nice staff, Friendly place
Cons: Few vegan options
