A roadside surprise in desperation to find vegan food

I stopped in on a whim on my way out of town, and I was delighted to have my first Hot Pot experience. I started with some sweet potato tempura sushi followed by a hot pot. It was a great broth that I could add all the different vegetables including four kinds of mushrooms to including some great hot sauce. I had enough leftovers for my fiance and I to have a meal. The menu seems a little daunting, so you have to ask about what is vegan. They may have to go back to the kitchen once or twice.

Pros: Lots of vegan options. Great atmosphere.
