Decent Veg Options

Spacious restaurant with extensive menu, with vegetarian options in their own section. Very possible that some items not in that section (like the vegetable sushi rolls) are vegan as well, but I didn't ask. The tofu vermicelli was listed as spicy, but all of the spice was from the jalapenos, which could easily be picked out if you're not into spice. Tons of crunchy fresh veg in the tofu vermicelli, and the portion was big enough that I took home left overs.

Pros: Lots of veggies in the tofu vermicelli , Pleasant, attentive staff
