Food ok. - Edit
You can veganize lots of dishes here, but the food is only ok. Not much flavor and the salsa tastes like pasta sauce.

Great service in this restaurant, (unlimited) warm nacho chips and fresh salsa when you sit down.
Read moreWhile there is nothing really marked vegan, there was some vegetarian options to be made vegan.
At the suggestion of another reviewer, I had the spinach enchiladas, they were ok, definitely more than edible, but not crazy good. I would love it more if they offered a vegan cream to go with it, instead of having to take away the omni cream and cheese and get nothing to replace it. Even some guac on the side would have been a nice gesture.
But it filled our bellies and we’re grateful to have found it, not a lot of other choices around. Great friendly and fast service, really big restaurant.

Lettuce wraps - Edit
Vegetarian section on menu with 4 options, one listed as vegan, but the others could be modified to vegan if you ask for no cheese. There are also veg fajitas that are listed in another section.
Read moreI ordered the vegan lettuce wraps, and they were delicious. Similar concept as a taco. A tremendous amount of food but light to digest.
Close to the airport and a good option for a late night dinner.
Pros: Food arrived at the table quickly.

Wasn’t really expecting much at this chain restaurant but what they did have was pleasant. I ordered the Enchiladas Espinacas (spinach), Vegan of course. They came with rice and beans, all was delicious. They also have some pretty decent margaritas.
