Cozy lil’ Oasis in the Mall - Edit

Three dishes could be made vegan when I was there (you just have to ask):

The Noodle Soup

Good ol’ Regular Sushi

And the Poké Bowl

The tofu in the noodle soup was fantastic. A sweet tone. Addictive as [censored]. Friend agreed - best tofu he’d eaten in his ENTIRE LIFE. Beat that if ya can. 😉

The sushi contained classical style tofu, nothing special but regularly delicious. The avocado was ON POINTE in ripeness (like a 10/10 deliciously creamy and fresh avo) and I loved how the ginger had a gorgeous tint of pink.

The miso soup was nice as well, less salty than other soups I’ve tasted, plus points for that.

The miso soup was vegan and the chef was very knowledgable; he knew about veganism and described which dishes were available (I love it when the restaurants know what ”vegan” means - sometimes you actually have to double check but this guy knew his [censored]).

Overall; very nice experience and a cozy little couch setting to sit in.

Most plus points for the friendly staff, I really appreciate that; I felt very welcome there.

Recommend as a lil’ break oasis for when you take a trip to the mall there.
