Serves meat, vegan options available. Local restaurant serving traditional Greek dishes that can be made vegan on request. Open Mon-Sun 2:00pm-11:00pm.
There's a vegetarian section of the menu, you can ask about what's vegan. We had the taboule salad, chickpeas, and okra, and all were delicious, very flavorful. The okra was cooked perfectly, great texture, wasn't slimey as sometimes happens with okra. The waitress had a solid understanding of veganism. She said there were two vegan ice creams available for dessert but we didn't try them. A really lovely space with seats in the garden, loads of cats around who will beg you for food.
Hidden garden restaurant with a unique selection of vegan and regional options - Edit
If you want to eat traditional and vegan dishes with something special and a good selection of vegan starters, this is the place for you. The food is prepared with a lot of love for the products and know-how. You can tell the love for the local cooperation partners, with whose ingredients the cooking is done. Everything fresh and unique. The staff is also very friendly and tries to explain everything and expand vegan options. Definitely worth the drive. Important: only opens from 2 p.m., is usually very busy and since the location is in the middle of a garden, you should not forget the mosquito spray.
