La ensalada de quinoa muy buena y completa, no le agregué nada. De precio el sitio es como cualquier cosa en un aeropuerto: caro. La mujer que me atendió me explicó con gusto los ingredientes que lleva la ensalada y me aseguró que era vegana.

Not a bad option for the airport - Edit
I saw they had a stir fry but when I asked they said they were not able to make it today. They had a breakfast bowl called the ‘smoothie banana bowl’ I ordered instead. They had a frozen blend of bananas and coconut milk that was close ish to a frozen yogurt consistency. They assured me there was no dairy or animal products in there. Also had some granola, strawberries, pineapple, bananas, and rasins in the bowl. Never easy to find a breakfast option so I was happy with the meal. Not a huge portion and a little pricey but that’s anywhere in the airport.

Awesome airport stop - Edit
I got the veggie stir fry and added avocado. Yes, it’s pricy, but it’s a nice, heavy dish and is in line with airport prices. It was very filling, which was much needed during our long day of traveling.
