Tahini date smoothie - Edit
The food hall has several spots with vegan options. I highly recommend getting the tahini date smoothie from Boychik. It was seriously incredible. The falafel hummus bowl was also amazing, but that smoothie will be one of the top things I’ve had all year!

Read morezero stars. One of the workers, a redheaded [censored] man, no [censored], grabbed my shoulder illegally and spoke and acted unprofessionally on the job towards me for no reason at all. I immediately left after that. It’s all, always, all on audio and video recording. He, another worker, a woman who spoke unprofessionally on the job, other unprofessional staff, owners, managers, all of them involved and those in power are all in big trouble.

Fun dinner spot! - Edit
We joined a big group and were able to find accommodations for everyone which is one of the benefits of eating at a place where people can order from different kitchens. I ended up getting something from their taco shop called Vegan Patacon. It was made on a plantain base and was delicious. I wish it had been spicy, but it was very fresh and healthy.

Great food and environment, a bit expensive - Edit
really liked that I could order from a variety of places online while at my table, then pick up from the vendor whenever they were ready. The vegan patacon at Pollo Tico was delicious along with the guava lemonade. I noticed a couple other vegan options including a coconut cupcake at the cafe that looked really good. Would definitely go back to try more things.

This is a great example of a food hall done right. The setting is inviting and having many options means everyone can find something they like.
Read moreI had the Spicy Mapo Tofu on Rice from Pig & Tiger and it was excellent. The sichuan chili sauce carried the meal and I’d recommend to those who enjoy spicy food.
The hummus bowl from Boychik was disappointing as it was just hummus though.

Delicious vegan Reuben @ Rye Society - Edit
Awesome atmosphere with a few vegan options. I went to Rye Society and got the vegan Reuben; I think there were some other vegan options on that menu, like the Rosen’s bowl, but they weren’t explicitly labeled like the Reuben was. Regardless, I was very pleased with the Reuben, which had tofu, vegan cheese, a vegan Russian sauce, and sauerkraut, all on delicious bread. It was very satisfying and the flavors were terrific. They don’t offer coffee/tea at the Rye Society, but across the way, Lost City serves drinks, and the chai latte I got there was delicious as well. I didn’t try anything from Quiero Arepas, but they have an explicitly marked vegan arepa with black beans too!

Amazing falafel - Edit
I got the hummus bowl with falafel and it was probably one of the best falafels I’ve ever had. The bowl also came with lots of raw vegetables, which was nice! Avanti has several different restaurants and a very solid offering of vegan choices.

Maybe not the most filling dishes but certainly will do the trick. The original from Quiero Arepas was rich and delightful. The mapo tofu from Pig and Tiger was the most authentic I've had. Both take serious pride in their food. There could be more options, like hot noodles or a high protein option but these are worth a try even if in Boulder for a short time. It's a neat concept. Mapo tofu has MSG, is spicy and is very authentic, can ask for less spice and/or no MSG.

This is a food hall concept with 5 or 6 restaurants. Every restaurant has at least one vegan option. I highly recommend the arepa place!

There are a bunch of places, with all different ethnicities. A vegan Rueben, spicy Taiwanese food, arepas, Mediterranean, and more. Large eating areas, including a rooftop indoor/outdoor area. Some places are more vegan friendly than others, but go with a group and everyone will find something they like.
