Not specifically Vegan but very collaborative in looking for serving vegan food. And they doing everyday the Way to prepare delicious vegan dishes!

I liked the way they arranged for us various, different and tasting dishes every day. All the chefs came to us to explain what they have prepared on purpose for us… many thanks!
