Small town with some vegan options - Edit
If you look online, their menu is not accurate. They did, however, have some options for us. They’re basically the same peanut option as a taco, burrito, and salad. They also have a taco that is mushroom based in a burrito that is Mediterranean or Greek based. 
Read moreMy husband had the Thai peanut wrap and I had the Greek Mediterranean. The Mediterranean sauce has cheese in it, so I replaced it with the vinaigrette. The vinaigrette is very thick, but did the job.
I wish they had tossed the Mediterranean burrito ingredients in the balsamic sauce before putting it into the tortilla. My husband and I liked the Thai peanut wrap better because it stayed together when eating it.
Regardless, we’re always happy when someone has something that we can at least eat in small Colorado towns! 
Pros: Has options in this small town!, Great service from staff
Cons: Didn’t toss the ingredients with the sauce, Burrito fell apart when eating it, Online menu was not accurate

Friendly place with decent pizza - Edit
This is a nice spot for a relaxing dinner (evening non-rush time). Super friendly staff and you can make a pretty decent build-your-own pizza with veggies, Daiya, and a pretty tasty vegan crust. Locals like this place. A few other options--salad and mushroom tacos.

We had a good “make your own” pizza with oil, roasted garlic, and olives. It was really good and the dough is dairy free. The mushroom and Avocado tacos looked good too.

Great vegan tacos - Edit
Delicious vegan tacos (just hold the cheese) - I had the cauliflower and my husband had the mushroom & avocado. Both were fresh and very tasty. We were so happy to find vegan options in this little town.

Went here after a 10 mile hike and was beyond hungry. They had several options that could be made vegan — a Thai tofu wrap, cauliflower and portobello mushrooms, and a pizza! Quick service and tasty food 😋

I was super happy to find a place that not only had vegan pizza but dairy free cheese as well! They had a Thai wrap too that could be made vegan. I saw cauliflower tacos on the menu that looked like they could be vegan...but I didn't ask, as my heart was set on pizza. Great vibe too. I love the decor!

Great outdoor atmosphere and can bring your dog. Had a yummy thai wrap with tofu for the vegan option which was great. Can make other things vegetarian/vegan friendly but not a Ton of options. Always glad to have a non salad option though as a vegan.
