I don't like going to Aura. I feel like if you're not a regular shopper, they don't really want you there. I've shopped a few times if I need an item I can't get anywhere else - but things are rapidly becoming available at other places, so thankfully don't need to go often.

We love Aura! - Edit
We love this health food store. The staff are super helpful and they have a decent selection and variety of products. I often purchase our supplements and vitamins here (and they are no more expensive than at our local grocery store.) They have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian products, snacks, nuts / seeds, superfoods, drinks, baking needs, etc. They also carry many different body care and beauty products. You can sense the good vibes as soon as you enter the store!

So, Aura whole foods is very well known among the more food conscious people of the city. They have a fair selection for the size of their store. The prices are a little steep on some items, while on others cheaper than you would find anywhere else. (For example organic coconut oil is cheaper than at the grocery stores).
Read moreA decent selection of vegan items in their grocery section, and they have a large selection of supplements that are free of animal products. Their bulk section is great for purchasing your kitchen staples like dry beans, and alternative flours and starches.
For the size of the store their selection is varied and you could spend a long time looking at everything, but the staff seems to know their stuff.

Extensive bulk selection (including nut butters). Aura is the place to go to in Fredericton for vegetarian staples. Well maintained store and the staff are great. They have a good selection of vitamins too. Limited produce.
