Amazing Ethiopian in Eagle Rock!

I just got back from Aunt Yvette's Kitchen and it's got some really good vegan fare. They split their menu into a vegan side and meaty side. We got the veggie plate, which comes with all vegan dishes, all of which were great, doro wat, and salmon tibs. While I didn't eat the salmon (I was the only vegan in our group), the other three who had it loved it.
They also have coffee drinks -- I had two double-cappuccino's.
While they don't yet have vegan desserts -- our waiter said that's coming early next year -- the non-vegans split a delicious-looking banana split, complete with cardamom whipped cream and bruleed bananas. That disappeared in no time and I'm pretty sure the kids wanted to lick the bowl.

Pros: Great service, A lot of excellent vegan options, Amazing Ethiopian coffee (Yergachef)

Cons: Parking lot is a little tight, but not crazily so.
