Restaurant so nice we had to go twice

Traveling through Orem and had to check it out. So yummy and has a great selection, we went for lunch and dinner in one day. Has smoothies, bowls, sandwiches, and so much more.

Ordered the avocado cashew melt, Mediterranean bowl, and the peanut tofu bowl. Each was delicious.

10/10 recommendation.

Pros: Fresh food , Huge selection, Leaves you feeling good

Cons: Everything- even vegan meals- come w cheese roll…

Aubergine

The vegan mac and cheese is the best I've had anywhere, but everything is super expensive. They have lots of vegan desert and shake options, but they are all sugar free and just taste like coconut. I know they'd be great with just a little bit of added sugar, but everything is supposed to be healthy, so it's understandable.

Fast and healthy options

Love this place, and it’s often a go-to when I find myself in Utah. You can sub tofu for many menu items. Consistently good.

Much needed place for this area

This chain fits in with all the other popular chains here but this one has vegan options! Love how the “nice” cream and smoothies are default vegan too.

I just had the banana monkey smoothie and didn’t love it but the other options here seem great.

Pros: Many vegan options, Default non-dairy, Good place to bring omnis

Love!

Bowls are amazing! Can customize them. Almost everything is gluten free. Usually get goodness bowl.

Pros: Amazing dressings- lots of vegan options, Deserts and smoothies are also great , Quick service

Cons: Kale is seasoned and not my fave, sort of spicy

Good Options

Lots of options to choose from but after awhile a lot of the bowls taste the same to me. I am grateful to be able to go here with omnivore friends and we can all find something to eat.

Pros: Lots of options

Cons: Desserts are overpriced

Nice

Had the Thai coconut curry and it was pretty good. Looked like they had a lot of vegan options so will have to go back to try more :)

Deserts aren't great

To start: didn't try their main dishes, just dropped in for dessert.

Tried the shake and the brownie & nice cream desert. The "vanilla" shake is so overwhelmed by the coconut milk they use it's really just coconut flavor. No vanilla flavor to be found.

The brownies & ice cream features a coconut whipped cream, extremely bland nice cream (definitely not name-brand Banana Nice Cream). The brownie was dry and not particularly sweet.

If you like coconut and don't really want any other flavors, this is probably a good desert place. If you want vanilla or a brownie, I wouldn't recommend.

2 stars because it was vegan as claimed.

Pros: Was vegan, deserts for coconut lovers

Cons: Deserts for non-coconut lovers are lackluster

Good food, but not many no-oil options.

This used to be my go to place for lunch if was eating out. I eat whole food, plant-based, and there are just not any good no-oil options. ALL of the salad dressings and sauces have oil in them. I like the food, but I wish they had more no-oil options.

Pros: Tasty, Many vegan options

Ask before ordering

I enjoy Aubergine and go often. Tried their breakfast this morning for the first time. The sign with breakfast options shows vegan pancakes but they’re made with eggs. Avocado toast is really good and is vegan but not listed as vegan. Still, I highly recommend Aubergine, you just want to confirm what you want is actually vegan before ordering.

Yummy

I like everything I've had from here, but I got the curry bowl with tofu once and it wasn't my favorite. I love the Mediterranean bowl.

Pros: Lots of good vegan options, Knowledgeable about what is vegan

Cons: On the pricier end

My fav

I eat here once or twice a week. The cauliflower soup is my comfort food. I ask for extra broccoli and cauliflower. You can build your own salad or bowl and I like that they have cauliflower rice. Wish they also had brown rice... smoothies good too!

Pretty Good

Nice hipster place with several vegan dishes—rice bowls and salads—juice bar, and “nice” cream sundaes and shakes. On the pricey side for what you’re getting. The shake was $9–yikes! And it felt really high fat with all the coconut cream in it. I would definitely not get that again! But I usually eat very low fat.

Pros: Clean, “Clean” food, Several vegan dessert options

Cons: Overpriced, Only a few vegan main dishes

Mediterranean Madness

I heard great things about Aubergine from a coworker so I finally had to try it. Kinda confusing set up where to stand in line but it's separated sandwich side and the other side is salad and smoothies. I wanted a falafel sandwich with hummus (I tried the baba ganoush it was delish too) tahini sauce on top. They stuff the pita with 6 other sides but I thought it looked plenty full with just 3 aubergine salad, tabouli, and red cabbage. I also got a side of sweet potatoes and salsa. The pita sandwich wasn't too bad, but I thought the falafel was dry. The hummus, tahini sauce, aubergine salad, and red cabbage were all really great, so was the sweet potato bites. I'm gunna try again and hopefully the falafel will be better and I'll be trying different fillings. Also I need to try out the different vegan treats they have! Lots of variety for a vegan tho which is excellent!

Mediterranean and Vegan Friendly!

Staff was super friendly and helpful, they understand dietary restrictions and work with you to craft your perfect meal. I had the Asian salad and it was amazeballs. Great tofu and next time I MUST try the falafel.

One potential pitfall is that they list which dressings are dairy free, but some of those still contain eggs. Just ask though, they'll know what vegan means :)

Hello VEGAN Orem!

Aubergine and Co. is a very vegan friendly place! We were welcomed by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who explained the menu. There is an extensive range of vegan/vegetarian options, that are both healthy and delicious! I ordered a combo with Mediterranean sandwich (falafel, baba ganoush, lots of salads ) + Veggie Cream soup - both filling and incredibly tasty. I ordered a pink smoothie with my dinner, which given the amount of beets, was certainly not for the faint hearted! I also went back afterwards to try the vegan "healthy hot chocolate" with coconut mylk and coconut cream, which was incredible too! Prices were reasonable, and my husband (non-vegan) also said that everything was good!

Pros: Healthy + delicious vegan food, Extensive VEGAN options, Very friendly staff

Cons: Non-vegan menu
