Fine dining menu - Edit
This restaurant is in a very nice hotel in a small town and serves both set menus and a la carte. I had the set menu, Menu Vegetale, of three courses. The dessert course was supposed to have dairy so they served me a lovely fresh fruit salad instead. The set menu also included 3 or 4 additional amuse bouches, or mini courses, in between and the staff went out of their way to ensure I could have vegan versions of these too. I emailed the day before for a reservation and noted that one guest was vegan, and they confirmed they could accommodate me. Overall, the food was wonderful, fresh and inventive, and the experience was top tier.

What an incredible experience! - Edit
This restaurant prides itself on using local seasonal produce - everything we tastes was so fresh and super delicious. It’s a bit pricey but I would say, if you’re in the region it’s a must try. Absolutely loved the whole experience so much!
