The vegan pizza was flavoursome and the scrambled tempeh was much bigger than expected. The green juice tasted like salad and made me feel super healthy! Overall, loved it!

Lovely restaurant, lots of vegan options - Edit
I had the tempeh scramble which was nice but nothing special. I would have liked to try their Indonesian mains instead which looked really nice. They're very vegan friendly which I love and the view at the back is quite nice. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

Great views - Edit
Beautiful views and clean restaurant. Has a beautiful vibe overall but food wasn't anything special. Scramble tempeh was nice. Pizza was served a bit cold and didn't have a distinct flavor. Avocado toast was also ok.

Great vibe - Edit
Loved this restaurant! They have some tables in the back facing rice fields and some of the tables were you don't have chairs and can nicely relax (no idea how to call them). We loved the view, the vibe, and the food! So delicious and portion sizes were quite good. Pricier than a traditional warrung but for great service, two mains, a smoothie, a juice, water and a dessert we spent only 350K.

Go for the tempeh scramble - Edit
Have been here many times, and the food has always been nice. I pretty much always order the tempeh scramble now as I love tempeh. There is a large menu with plenty of vegan options and a cute little shop at the front of the cafe.

I went to this place because the other place I wanted to go to was closed and I couldn’t be happier!! The food was really tasty and delicious and the milkshake was just yummie. Would give five stars if it was completely vegan!

Small portions, bad GF bread, beautiful place - Edit
Vegan potato rosti was tasty but extremely small for the price. So then I ordered a GF avo toast with feta. The GF red rice bread was terrible even by GF standards. About 25% of the avocado was so underripe it was uneditable. The lemongrass kambucha was good but also overpriced. The Wi-Fi literally doesn’t work.

Nice Balinese vegan food in Ubud - Edit
I got to my hotel pretty late, and this place was open, so I tried it. At first glance from the street it looked more like a store selling lotions and gifts, but on closer look there are tables in front and the rear for eating. I was very pleased with my meal.

Beautiful setting with food to match - Edit
In such a beautiful setting overlooking the rice fields we hoped the food would match the view. We weren't disappointed as everything was fresh, vibrant and served with a smile. I would highly recommend a visit for vegetarians, vegans and carnivores as they cater really well to many dietary types.
Read moreThe coconut-crusted fish was flavoursome and my partner couldn't finish it all such was the serving size for a starter. My sweet potato and corn balls were perfectly portioned mouth-sized bites with a mild salsa that left me wanting more. The pad thai was delicious although the organic chicken was a little dry. My breakfast burrito (served well past lunch) hit the spot and barely left space for dessert.
Just finding room though, we opted for the strawberry sorbet which had an unfamiliar and slightly unpleasant taste, and a vegan mint choc chip gelato which was out of this world good. I would go back just to eat that again, and then take some home. I may have over-ordered with the mini spiced apple crumble but it went down well with the gelato.
The drinks, two juices with soda water, were refreshing although they didn't come with the sugar syrup as mentioned on the menu. Not too much of an issue as they were reasonably sweet on their own.
Pros: Plenty of veg and vegan options, Reasonable prices, Great views over rice field

No LONGER Vegetarian - Edit
Food is very expensive even by western price. We have eaten here twice. We noticed fish on the menu we came back today and now half the menu is full of death, including pigs, chicken, many types of fish. Very few vegan options

Relaxing cafe experience - Edit
Set on the main road, the cafe is quite serene inside with quirky day bed style seating. There is also a small shop inside selling crystals, jewellery and yoga items. The food is quite good, however the portions are on the smaller side. Service was friendly - having said this there are a few fruit flies around. Nice options for a light breakfast

The salted caramel ice cream was really good! Their curry wasn't the best and their pad Thai was really oily but still tasty.

Take care - Edit
We had the vegan pizza which was great. The Vegan Palak Paneer (with tofu) was just a spinach soup with rice. We had some sweets the day before when we went by, and had a carrot cake. We were told that it is vegan, and on the next day eating there discovered it was not, it was a lie 😪 so at least take care with the sweets and hopefully they don't lie with the other foods. Eg. The apple strudel cake is marked vegan in the menu, but vegetarian in the display (it is not vegan!).
