Friendliest Coop ever - Edit
Stopped in Astoria for the Goonies house and the Kindergarten Cop school with a couple of friend, and had to check out this place. There’s barely much on sale which can be a bit pricey for some. This place have the most friendliest employees I’ve ever met. Everyone was willing to help almost immediately. I was looking for a specific Dr Brew kombucha flavour (ginger and turmeric), but that one was sold out. Too bad considering they had two for $5 sale, and I would have bought a couple. This store is a really nifty down-to-earth place on the coast. They are celebrating their 50th year anniversary, and I bought a Liquid Death sparkling water drink that I have yet tried and Heart Water pink Himalayan rain for the Cannon Beach visit. In the area? Please swing by!

Lots of quality foods, but mucho pricey - Edit
Very good selection of products, including veggies, fruit and packaged vegan food. But, as typical of co-ops, it's expensive, even if you're a member. Still, nice to have a store with lots of vegan options.

Vegan Hotspot in Astoria - Edit
Great little Co-op with lots of good vegan options, including local produce, pre-packaged items, and quick to-go options. My favorite thing I tried was a big chonky vegan rice crispy treat with chocolate and sprinkles. It was way over the top and super sweet, but I liked it. 😆 🍭

Vegan Options! - Edit
While visiting Astoria for a few days, my parents & I made daily trips to the Astoria Co+op as it was quite conveniently near downtown as well as our hotel, offered a wide variety of both hot bar & refrigerated, ready-to-eat items, & of course had an emphasis on local, organic ingredients along with a wide variety of clearly marked vegan options. While I enjoyed the pre-made & packaged blackened cauliflower & sweet onion kale options, my favorite meal was my last: a build-it-yourself salad out of the hot bar's items for the day! I included romaine lettuce, a broccoli/shredded kale concoction, fajita vegetables, cucumbers, pickled red onions, sautéed broccoli & carrots, & more for a delightful, health-conscious dinner. Along with the plethora of excellent food choices, I was also happy to note that the store was kept very clean & organized, & each staff member we interacted with was quite pleasant & informative. I won't be frequently in Astoria, but when I am I will definitely be visiting the Astoria Co+op as it's a local gem.

Great groceries when on the coast - Edit
This co-op is a regular stop for us when we hit Astoria. They have great vegan grab and go food (sandwiches and deli items). Really good selection of vegan meats and cheeses, some choices that are hard to come by. Overall, it's a must when most grocery stores on the coast have limited vegan options.

Yummy quick grab items! - Edit
Stopped by to grab some quick bites from the cooler and vegan options are all marked with a V on the tag. Tons of options including a delicious sounding breakfast burrito. I got the potato salad and a veggie sandwich. Grabbed the kids some Lenny and Larry cookies. Today the mask mandate dropped so they opened up the dine in option and the eating area is super cute, although we didn’t stay to eat. Prices are expensive but it’s definitely tasty!

Best natural food store - Edit
This store has it all; good location with plenty of parking, curb appeal, easy to navigate isles, great assortment of products and above all else - the most friendly and helpful staff ever.

Prices are what you would expect from a natural foods store, so no surprises there.
The in house made items (salads, soups and take out) that we have tried have all been very good and tasty.
For a relatively small store, the pack a LOT of items including a healthy produce section.
My only wish would be for them to add E.V. chargers to the lot.
Pros: Best staff ever , Great selection, Awesome in house made food items
Cons: No E.V. chargers

For as small as the place is, there are a lot of great options. They have a tiny cooler with prepared foods including a good selection of vegan sandwiches and picnic foods.

This is what a grocery store should be - Edit
Just stopped by hoping for a vegan desert of some kind. We were blow away at the vegan selection across every area of this store. Had there not been non-vegan stuff occasionally you would think it was a 100% vegan store. We are not members and the prices were still reasonable. We will definitely return to this store when we are in the area. I had a vegan Thai wrap in addition to my desert choice and I wish we would have just gone there for lunch.

Great little co-op. - Edit
When Fort George's was a vegan food bust we came here and grabbed a couple tasty pre-made tempeh reubens and a bag of snap peas to go. Decent selection of groceries, some good looking vegan options in the pre-made cold case.

Good vegan deli options - Edit
We were visiting Long Beach and decided to cross the bridge to get groceries at the co-op. It's small but with a good selection of vegan groceries as well as deli items. From the deli, we had a kale salad with cashew dressing, BBQ tempeh, and a quinoa cranberry salad, which were all yummy.

This place is small but has all the organic foods you need. Being a vegan it was awesome to find this store after looking around in Long Beach WA (all focused on non organic and sea food).
