Great atmosphere, helpful staff, good food - Edit
Loved sitting outside on the sidewalk cafe tables. Amazing cocktail menu and mocktail options. Server was very helpful with how to veganize the menu - leaving cheese off the spinach salad and a great quinoa burger (hold the cheese and aioli)

No good options - Edit
No vegan options in the menu. Looks like it significantly changed since the last review in 2021. One or two things that could potentially be made vegan (beet salad with no cheese or quinoa burger). I had the quinoa burger which had to be modified with no cheese, no sauce, and no brioche bun. I asked for an alternative burger bun and was offered sourdough sliced bread. I took that option explaining I am vegan. Unfortunately I am pretty sure the sourdough had butter based on its taste (even after I explained I was vegan). The quinoa patty was actually really good. The fries were good too (hoping they were vegan! After my experience I don’t even know). In summary, great place for a beer/drink. Not a good place for vegans to eat. Service was also slow.

Pleasantly Surprised🌱 - Edit
My husband and I are both vegan and have limited options in Aspen. Tried the beetroot hummus (note the naan bread does contain eggs) , I had the sesame bowl with a quinoa Patti, and my husband had the yellow curry. Super fresh and delicious!! We can’t wait to return! Def trying a cocktail next time!
