Serves meat, vegan options available. Has a buffet, as well as a full menu. Full clean dining area with servers. Has to-go specials. There are 3 different vegetarian & vegan fried tofu choices, including general tso & szechuan tofu. Also has vegetable fried rice, low mein, chow mein, & mai fun, all of which can be made vegan (without eggs) upon request. Franklin is a town with very little vegetarian and vegan choices, so this is a find. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:30pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:30pm.

While it was nice to find somewhere to eat after a race that we didn't have to drive an hour to get to the food was mostly just salty and oily.

General Tso's Tofu - Edit
Typical trip mall, Asian food bar (all you can eat). Clean and friendly staff. When I asked to see a menu, it created interest at my table as almost everyone was getting the food bar. Christian music playing over sound system. Mixed lunchtime crowd of retirees and several Hispanic guests. Tables were very clean. Booths well worn. I had General Tso's Tofu and had asked that it be "less spicy." It was very hot (temp wise) which reassured me that it was freshly prepared. Spice just right for me. The amount of tofu was incredibly generous! The broccoli was fresh but a bit on the crunchy side as it was only slightly steamed and a bit cold on the plate. However, it wasn't overcooked or mushy which I appreciated. Tea pot came with 2 tea bags and waitress came several times to check on me.
