Really fast and inexpensive!

There aren't that many vegan options in the mall but if you like curry you are right. It isn't the best curry but the vegetables are on point and you can spice it up with a free to use sauce. The Tofu could be crispier.

Pros: inexpensive , fast

Cons: not that many vegan options
