Great for cider and a snack - Edit
I love cider and this place has a great variety. They have a new cider every month. I ended up buying some 4pks in cans for later. I'm glad they have vegan options on their food menu too! I tried the avocado toast during brunch, very tasty.

Really impressed by the quality of the food and their ciders are some of my all-time favorites! Knowledgeable staff regarding allergies and food/drink. Lots of events and gf/dairy free food options as well as vegan options. Things are marked and more can usually be modified. Make sure to ask about dairy in some of the ciders, vast majority are safe but a couple of seasonal flavors may contain it. They always had great suggestions for a different seasonal flavor w/o dairy.

Great food, atmosphere, & cider! - Edit
We went to Ash & Elm for the first time last night and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! They have just rolled out a new menu, which keeps some of what they had before, but adds new items as well. There are multiple vegan appetizers and many entrées and salads are vegan or can be prepared vegan by choosing tofu or vegan cheese. Some items previously on the menu are no longer there, such as the Buffalo tofu sandwich, and the cauliflower steak. The tofu, fries, appetizer, and brussels sprouts appetizer alone are delicious and well worth a visit. Plus, there are so many different delicious cider options; have a flight!

We keep going to Ash & Elm and keep loving it. The food is great, the ciders are great, the servers are so wonderful, and the space is lovely.

Nice Spot - Edit
This is a cute place to grab a cider and vegan food. The inside is modern and welcoming with lots of natural light. there are I think four vegan appetizers and two ish entrees.
