Healthy, Fresh and satisfies the Mala cravings - Edit
I have dined her before and have tried both mala soup and dry versions. My favourite is the dry version 100%.
Read moreVery tasty and the veggies are fresh.
It's not as oily like the typical mala places.
Great service too!
Definitely grab that Sesame sauce and concoct your own dipping sauce.

Love the vegan fish soup most - Edit
I enjoyed drinking their soup base while getting satisfied eating the ingredients with their mala sauce and sesame sauce etc. Surprisingly the vegan fish soup was the best (a mixture of soya milk, light herbal broth etc, very unique and refreshing), only available during the weekend, highly recommend.
Read moreHerbal soup base was good too, still recommend but Arashi, Greendot and D'life serve better herbal soup than them... Tomato soup base was light yet tasty too, recommend.
Decided to skip their mala as for sure the numbness and spiciness level won't be enough for me, was told by the staff that it was the same mala sauce used in cooking, which i finished at least 2 plates during each visit lol.

Staff were so welcoming on our first trip to Singapore and I was delighted by the vegan protein options. It was so nice to be able to customize my bowl too and spicy means spicy here!! Highly recommend this place!

Food Review - Edit
Located at the exit of MRT, seating is limited. We ordered one Mala veggie and another Soupy Mala… cost is 28/kg. Liked the dry Mala veggie more than the soupy Mala.

Good food and service - Edit
Allium-free vegetarian!!
Read moreThe mala mix is a healthier option where they mix the mala and ingredients together. Different from the usual mala where they stir fry.
And you will not taste the “numb aka 麻” from the peppercorns as they use sesame for the “ma”-la portion instead. So be prepared for only spicyness.
There’s a small condiment section for you too.

Fresh and Healthy Vegetarian Cuisine - Edit
Meatless Monday, ate a super big bowl of noodle!
Read moreNew vegetarian eatery at Esplanade Exchange, serving Vegetarian Mala, but you get to choose non Mala soup-based (herbal or tomatoes) if you are not a Mala Fan.
Fresh ingredients. Minimum 300g (S$2.98 per 100g). If you are a solo diner and a small eater, it may be a little tough to finish all.
I had herbal soup-based with noodle or you can pair with rice. Love it. Delicious and you can have those rare ingredients like potatoes, pumpkin, lotus in the soupy noodle. Mock meat available too.
Clean and cosy dining environment. It was crowded during lunchtime. Go early or go for late lunch.
