Amazing! - Edit
We always seek out vegan and vegan friendly restaurants when we're away and this is one of the best we've come across! A great menu, really good value and nice decor. I had the delicious pasta Artha and my husband had the tofu/seiten/tempeh plate. We'll be back!

Beautiful family run restaurant - Edit
I was wandering around wondering why I went to this touist ghetto in the first place, until I found this little family run restaurant. Started out with a delicious sencha tea while deciding which food to have. I ordered fried tempeh, wok veggies and a salad. All super delicious and fresh. These people really knows how to cook. The food really made me happy and afterwards I found myself whistling while walking around the town. The sun also started shining. Thank you.

Wish I could give 6 stars! - Edit
The food was absolutely delicious! Our recommendations:
Read more- appetizers: naan with hummus and vegetables
- main dish: Veggie platter, pasta Artha, risotto Artha
- sides: braised potatoes, vegetable wok
Cosey interior and nice terrace, you do have to be there in time to have a seat outside though ( everybody seems to be loving it there :) )
The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming (especially when our trip ended and said goodbye after we'd been here 5 times; that's how pleased we were!)
It was our best experience in Croatia (and a nice escape from the view of impaled animals in the rest of Istria :( )
Can surely recommend it!
Pros: Lots of great, balanced options, Cosey terrace and interior, Really friendly staff
Cons: We live in another country

magnificent, you must eat here! - Edit
We were using Porec as a bass for cycling training and healthy nutrition was very important to us! This family based restaurant was amazing. Dad and daughter cooking, Mum and other Daughter offering beautiful service with a smile. Speaking multiple languages they were able to cater for our special dietary needs and modify the menu to provide an awesome feed for hungry athletes. The big line up of people trying to get in is a testimony to its popularity! Yes 10/10 thank you for looking after us each night during our stay in Porec.

Very friendly staff and lovely food - Edit
We've visited Artha a couple of times during our stay in Porec and every time we where welcomed by the lovely owners of the place. The foods that were served (Tempeh, Seitan, sandwiches, hummus, chickpea curries) were all delicious! This was the only vegeterian restaurant we found in Porec but it was very lovely; we didn't mind coming back at all.

Good and tasty food, very friendly and nice staff - Edit
We have been eating here today and were positively surprised. We had really good and fresh made food with a regional touch. We had salad as starter, different pasta as main dish and we shared a cake for dessert. We can also recommend the fresh made lemonade with ginger or mint.

What a wonderful surprise! - Edit
I was so craving healthy food and had this amazing vegan mushroom and asparagus risotto at (surprise!) this little vegan place. There are so many restaurants everywhere but they all seem to have the same menu so it's a very pleasant surprise to find something different! Very friendly too and away from the swarms of tourists yet just a couple blocks away.

almost vegan - Edit
When I ate at Artha several times in August 2015 they had only vegan food and drinks on the menu. When asked the waitress said they sometimes use honey for cakes but then they would announce it. So free choice for vegans!

Delicious food, slow service - Edit
During our holiday we have decided to visit Artha. We found the place quite easily. All the tables on the terrace were full, so we went inside. Although all the tables inside were empty at that time, the place got full in a matter of minutes (rush hour I guess). The staff was very friendly, but the service was quite slow. We have waited 15 minutes to place our order and another 40 minutes to get our food. But nonetheless the food was great!
Read moreWe have ordered a vegan plate for 2 that contained grilled tofu and seitan, tofu tempura, vegetable patties and a mix of 4 side dishes (grilled vegetable, basmati rice, lentils and brown beans and sauteed Swiss chard). It was fresh, tasty and inexpensive (we paid 90 kunas (approximately 14 euros) for the dish).
Pros: Inexpencive, Fresh and tasty food, Friendly staff
Cons: A bit long vait ...

Fantastic family lunch - Edit
We are so happy we found this vegan oasis open all year on our holding in Istria. It was not hard to find with a poster near the road. The food was yummy and filling and staff very friendly. Ervything was made from scratch with local ingrediens and the taste was croatian. It is good sign that locals seem to love the place and buy takeaway lunches.

Great vegan food - Edit
There are no many places in Istra where you can it vegetarian, not to mention vegan food, and this one is certainly the best! Everything is fresh and good, from sandwiches made with homemade bread, tasteful soups to delicious vegan desserts. There is a nice outdoor seating, and the prices are very reasonable.

fantastic vegan bistro - Edit
I was there this holidays with my boyfriend and we both were surprised how great the food was. Almost everything was vegan and they had their menu in many languages (in german too!)The sandwiches were fantastic and we ate really great tartes. It's really easy to find when you are next to the market and you can park there too. The waitress was really nice and spoke a few languages. The location was really cool.
