Few but very good vegan options - Edit
The café is at the bottom floor of warehouse NK (Nordiska Kompaniet). I had a raspberry mousse and a cappuccino and was satisfied. The mousse was a bit sour, which I like.

Nice stop for Fika - Edit
This bakery is a nice place to stop for a light lunch or fika in Norrmalm. Just opposite the main NK building the place is large and feels quite spacious. They have a couple of vegan sandwiches and cakes. I’d go back again if I was near.
