Several tasty vegan options - Edit
Nice restaurant with good service. About five entree dishes clearly marked as vegan. Turns out a few of the appetizers and soup are vegan too, just not marked as such on the menu. Our waiter was knowledgeable about veganism and could point out other vegan items. While everything we had was really great, the cauliflower appetizer (not marked as vegan on the menu but suggested by our waiter) and cauliflower entree dishes were particularly delicious.

Good. - Edit
I'm English and we love our curry. American curry is very different. It seems much more basic. Perhaps it's more authentic, I'm not sure. I had the Veg Jalfrezi without the paneer. Actually it came with paneer but I think that's because the server didn't understand me. Not many people do over here! My fault though. Anyhow, it was lovely! I asked for it hot and it was too hot if anything. Perfect! Apparently the chicken tikka was horrible. I didn't try it of course. This place is OK. You should try it. It's just that UK curry is so much better.

Vegan Menu Choices! - Edit
Aroma offers a vegetarian menu that includes 6 or 7 vegan options. The food is consistently good and the service is always friendly. They are happy to make my dish mild upon request. My favorite meal is the Gobhi Manchurian and my husband loves the veggie Samosas. Their plum sauce is vegan & delicious! One roti bread is suitable for vegans. They offer a small, reasonably priced wine list. It would be nice if they added a vegan dessert to their menu.
Read morePros: many vegan options, servers know what vegan means, take out or dine in
Cons: no vegan dessert, sometimes it is hard to reach them by phone

so good - Edit
They are always super accommodating with tons of different vegan options and the food is full of spice and love and so delicious. Clean, quick service and family run. They have another restaurant in Benicia that is also very good. Highly recommend. I tried to give it five stars but it said four stars was the max for a non-vegetarian restaurant
